Our door-to-door service covers every step: factory pickup from your supplier in China (Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong), export documentation preparation (B/L, CO, packing list, commercial invoice), carrier booking on our direct COSCO/MSC/Evergreen contracts, origin port handling, ocean or air transit, arrival at Pakistan port (KICT, QICT or Port Qasim), in-house WeBOC customs clearance, duty payment on your behalf, and last-mile delivery to your Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or Faisalabad warehouse. By FCL sea freight: factory pickup to Pakistan warehouse in 22–26 days (Karachi) or 25–30 days (Lahore). LCL takes 26–34 days due to origin consolidation schedules. By economy air freight: 5–7 days door-to-door. Express air: 3–4 days from any major Chinese airport to Karachi or Islamabad. Transit time depends on your origin city in China, the sailing schedule, and whether we use Karachi Port or Port Qasim — we'll give you a confirmed schedule when booking.

We work under all standard incoterms — EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, CPT, CIP, DAP and DDP. For EXW shipments from Chinese factories, we manage from the factory gate: coordinating pickup, export customs, booking and all Pakistan-side operations. For FOB shipments, we take over from the origin port. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we deliver to your door with all duties, taxes and customs charges pre-paid — the simplest option for importers who want a single all-in cost.

Cost depends on: cargo weight and volume (CBM), commodity type, origin city in China, Pakistan destination, and mode of transport. As a general reference — a 20' FCL from Guangzhou to Karachi door-to-door typically ranges from $1,800–$2,800 USD depending on market conditions, and includes ocean freight, origin charges, Pakistan customs clearance and delivery. LCL is charged per CBM. We provide a complete all-inclusive quote within 2 hours — share your cargo details and we'll give you the exact cost.

We calculate your full Pakistan import duty liability before your cargo arrives — customs duty (CD), sales tax (18%), additional sales tax (3%), regulatory duty (if applicable), and withholding income tax. We apply all available CPFTA (China-Pakistan FTA) concessions and SRO exemptions to minimise your duty bill, then pay duties on your behalf and include the cost in your final invoice. You won't have payments to manage at the port.

Yes. We have dedicated teams for regulated commodity door-to-door freight. Pharmaceuticals: GDP cold chain, DRAP import licence, controlled substance permits. Food products: PSQCA clearance, halal documentation, fumigation certificates. Chemicals: IATA DGR/IMO hazmat classification, MSDS documentation, hazmat-certified handling. We advise on all required permits and pre-arrange them before shipment departure so clearance is never delayed at port.
