A customs-bonded warehouse in Pakistan allows imported goods to be stored under customs control without immediate payment of import duties and taxes. Duties are only paid when goods are released for domestic sale/use, or not at all if re-exported. Key benefits: defer duty payment and improve cash flow, stage distribution in line with sales (only pay duty on goods sold), facilitate quality inspection before duty payment, and allow re-export of rejected goods without incurring duty. Our Port Qasim bonded facility is licensed by Pakistan Customs and operates under WeBOC bonded warehouse module.

We operate two purpose-built warehousing facilities: Karachi — Port Qasim Bonded Warehouse, 60,000 sq.ft. Adjacent to APM Terminals Port Qasim, minimising drayage costs from port. Handles bonded storage, de-stuffing, inspection, pick & pack and distribution. Lahore — Sundar Industrial Estate Commercial Warehouse, 40,000 sq.ft. Located at Sundar on the Lahore-Faisalabad corridor, adjacent to the Lahore Dry Port feeder road. Handles Punjab distribution, FMCG pick & pack, and 3PL operations for brands distributing across northern Pakistan.

Our Karachi Port Qasim facility has dedicated cold chain zones: Deep Freeze (−18°C to −25°C) for frozen food and certain biologics. Controlled Temperature (2°C–8°C) for pharmaceutical active ingredients, vaccines and fresh produce. Ambient Cool (15°C–25°C) for confectionery, cosmetics and temperature-sensitive consumer goods. All cold zones have continuous temperature monitoring with IoT sensors, automatic alarm systems with backup power, and full chain-of-custody documentation for GDP compliance. Temperature data is available on-demand for batch release or regulatory submission.

We operate a cloud-based WMS that provides: real-time inventory visibility by SKU, lot number, expiry date and location; inbound receiving with barcode/QR scanning and discrepancy reporting; FEFO (First Expiry First Out) or FIFO stock rotation rules; pick & pack workflow with accuracy confirmation; daily stock reconciliation reports; and client portal access for inventory monitoring. You can check your stock levels, pending orders and dispatch history 24/7 without calling us. The system integrates with major ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and e-commerce systems.

Our warehousing is charged on a flexible monthly basis with no minimum contract period for commercial warehousing (bonded warehousing has regulatory minimum documentation requirements). Charges are based on actual storage area or pallet positions used, billed monthly. We also charge for inbound handling (container de-stuffing, receiving, put-away), outbound handling (pick & pack, labelling, loading), and value-added services (re-packing, kitting, label application). There is no annual lock-in — you pay for what you use.
