Third-party logistics (3PL) means outsourcing your warehousing, inventory management and order fulfilment operations to a specialist provider rather than operating your own facility. In practice: we store your inventory at our warehouses in Karachi or Lahore, receive your purchase orders from your ERP or e-commerce platform, pick and pack orders to your specification, and dispatch to your retailers, distributors or end customers across Pakistan. We report stock levels, order accuracy and SLA performance monthly. Our standard 3PL onboarding takes 30 days from agreement to go-live. The process: Week 1 — operations audit, WMS configuration and SOP development. Week 2 — team training on your product lines and handling requirements. Week 3 — stock transfer from your current facility or direct from port. Week 4 — pilot run with live orders under close monitoring. Day 30 — full go-live with dedicated account manager and weekly review calls. Complex 3PL setups (pharmaceutical GDP, multi-temperature, high-SKU e-commerce) may require 45–60 days to configure correctly.

Our current 3PL operational accuracy rate is 99.2% — measured as orders shipped with the correct items, quantities and packaging compared to total orders dispatched. This is validated monthly against client order data. When UrbanStyle PK transitioned to our 3PL in 2022, their accuracy improved from 88% to 99.2% within 90 days. The key contributors to our accuracy: barcode-scan confirmation at every pick and pack station, WMS-enforced FEFO rotation, daily stock reconciliation, and continuous staff training. We report accuracy metrics transparently in monthly KPI dashboards.

Yes. Our WMS integrates with major e-commerce platforms used in Pakistan: Shopify (REST API), Daraz Seller Centre (LSOP API), WooCommerce, and custom ERP systems. For platforms without direct API integration, we accept CSV order imports on defined schedules. Integration typically takes 3–5 working days to configure and test. Once live, orders placed by customers are automatically transmitted to our WMS, picked and dispatched, and tracking information is sent back to the platform. We also support manual order processing for clients who prefer to submit orders via email or portal.

Yes — we operate a dedicated GDP (Good Distribution Practice) compliant pharmaceutical 3PL section at our Karachi facility. This includes: segregated controlled-temperature zones (2°C–8°C and ambient), continuous IoT temperature monitoring with 15-minute logging, access-controlled pharma storage area, DRAP-registered facility, batch-level FIFO stock management, temperature-deviation incident reporting, and chain-of-custody documentation for every movement. We work with DRAP-licensed pharmaceutical distributors and importers for both prescription medicines and OTC products.
