We use your information to: prepare and deliver freight quotes; book and manage shipments; process customs clearance documentation; communicate shipment updates via email and WhatsApp; improve our services; and comply with legal obligations including Pakistan Customs regulations, PIFFA requirements, and applicable tax laws.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only as necessary to deliver our services. This includes: shipping lines and carriers to book container space; customs authorities (Pakistan Customs, WeBOC/PSW) as required by law; partner agents and warehouses involved in your shipment; and government authorities where required by applicable law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as is necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Customs and shipping documents are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by Pakistan Customs regulations. Quote enquiries are retained for 12 months.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Our systems are hosted on secure infrastructure and access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
